Mobility For Those Who Hate Moility Work

February 28, 20251 min read

As an athlete, it is crucial to perform movements through full range of motion. This not only enhances your performance but also alleviates muscle tension and pain. Despite the numerous benefits, the practice of improving mobility is often overlooked. One of the primary reasons for this neglect is the perceived time commitment. Traditional beliefs of dedicating 10 to 15 minutes to stretch every joint might deter individuals from incorporating this valuable practice into their routines.

For this reason, we like to prescribe mobility exercises that are perfect for those who prefer not to stretch.  Below is a video demonstrating 2 of our favorite routines. These movements target improving mobility in your upper back, shoulders, lower back, and hips. These exercises are not only effective but also efficient in promoting overall body flexibility and strength. I encourage you to try them out and experience the benefits for yourself.
